She is involved in creating and delivering management development programmes to ensure managers have the skills and knowledge needed to manage staff and their output effectively. Maureen often represents her clients in employment tribunals.
Maureen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked for them for over 10 years as a tutor on employment law courses.
