Since joining PPM, Paula worked mainly with our clients in the education sector, both with Academies. She maintained schools that have chosen to opt out of the local authority HR service. Her knowledge and experience, together with practical options (including risk analysis), offers our clients the outcome required whilst adhering to employment law standards.
Paula can build relationships with her clients by earning the trust of Managers and their staff. She very quickly understands the culture and aims of a business and can deliver a service that adds value and deals with all HR issues, including the grey areas.
