Monique Ewart has over two decades of people management experience.
Monique has an MA in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Monique is fully experienced in all HR issues including, recruitment, psychometric testing, performance management, pay & reward systems and management development.
She is also experienced in restructuring and redundancy, having played a significant role in the restructuring of Northern Rock which took place in 2008.
Monique has also had operational management experience and is therefore very aware of the challenges managers face when dealing with people.
Monique firmly believes that good people management leads directly to bottom line results. She is committed to working with organisations in the North East, to help them integrate people management with business strategy, so that organisations develop and prosper as a result.
