Monique Ewart has over two decades of people management experience.
Monique Ewart has over 25 years of people management experience, having held a number of senior operational and HR positions within the corporate sector and in the last decade, as Director of PPM, working with a number of business owners within the North East.
She has a number of professional qualifications including a Postgraduate Diploma and MA in Strategic Human Resource Management. Monique is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Monique is fully experienced in all aspects of the employment life cycle and can help provide advice and guidance from recruiting and selecting the right candidate to managing their attendance, conduct and performance once employed. Due to her many year’s experience and employment law knowledge, she is able to provide sound, business-focused advice to help business owners and managers deal with the typical people management issues they face on a day to day basis.
Monique also works with a number of business owners acting as a strategic partner, developing and implementing strategic HR frameworks to help grow and develop the business. This includes restructuring programmes, job assessment systems, performance management frameworks and succession planning, all of which is aimed at ensuring businesses have the right staff in the right place at the right time!
