Maureen Lindberg has extensive experience of people management.

Maureen has qualifications in HR Management, Employment Law and Management Studies. These give her the knowledge needed to align the needs of the Company with both good people management practices and the legal framework in which all employers operate. Maureen prefers sensible and practical solutions to HR issues.
Maureen has worked with all sizes of Companies and understands the challenges they face. She set up Professional People Management to allow smaller companies to benefit from professional practices in a manner that works for them.
Maureen played a lead role in the restructuring of Northern Rock which took place in 2008. She is fully experienced in all aspects of the restructuring and downsizing process.
Maureen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and works for them as a tutor on their employment law courses. Maureen regularly represents her clients in Employment Tribunals.
